Delete your Buziin accountFuta akaunti yako ya Buziin

Fastest: in the app

  1. 1Open Buziin and go to More → Privacy & Account Data.
  2. 2Download a copy of your data first if you want to keep it.
  3. 3Tap Delete Account and follow the steps. You'll confirm with your password.

If you own a business

You will be asked to hand it to a team member (Transfer ownership) or close it first. Closing locks the business for everyone on your team.

What is deleted

Your name, email address, phone number and password. You are signed out on every device, and the business copy on your phone is erased.

What is kept

Financial records of a closed business (invoices, payments, receipts, expenses and sales) are kept for 7 years where tax law requires it, then reviewed for deletion. They no longer show your name. Records in businesses owned by someone else stay with that business.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel it in your Apple account (Settings → your name → Subscriptions) or in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions.

Can't open the app?

Send a request here. We'll email a confirmation link to the address on your account; your request is only processed after you open it (within 24 hours). We answer within 30 days.

Ukiwa mmiliki wa biashara

Utaombwa kwanza kuikabidhi kwa mwanatimu (Hamisha umiliki) au kuifunga. Kuifunga kunaifunga biashara kwa timu yako yote.

Kinachofutwa

Jina, barua pepe, namba ya simu na nenosiri lako. Utatolewa kwenye vifaa vyote, na nakala ya biashara iliyo kwenye simu yako itafutwa.

Kinachohifadhiwa

Rekodi za fedha za biashara iliyofungwa (ankara, malipo, risiti, matumizi na mauzo) zinahifadhiwa kwa miaka 7 pale sheria ya kodi inapotaka, kisha zinakaguliwa ili kufutwa. Hazitaonyesha jina lako tena. Rekodi za biashara za watu wengine zinabaki kwenye biashara hizo.

Usajili

Kufuta akaunti hakusitishi usajili wa App Store au Google Play. Usitishe kwenye akaunti yako ya Apple (Mipangilio → jina lako → Usajili) au Google Play → Malipo na usajili.

Huwezi kufungua programu?

Tuma ombi hapa. Tutatuma kiungo cha uthibitisho kwa barua pepe ya akaunti yako; ombi linashughulikiwa tu baada ya kukifungua (ndani ya saa 24). Tunajibu ndani ya siku 30.
