1. Agreement. These terms are between you and [company legal name: pending] ("Buziin"). By using the Buziin apps or website you agree to them. If you use Buziin for a business, you confirm that you may accept these terms for it.

2. The service. Buziin helps you prepare quotations and invoices, record sales, payments, expenses and stock, and view reports. Buziin is a record-keeping tool. It does not move money, it is not a bank or payment provider, and it does not give tax, legal or accounting advice. You are responsible for the accuracy of your records, documents and tax filings. Check figures before you rely on them.

3. Accounts. You must be 18 or older. Keep your password secret and tell us about any unauthorised use. You are responsible for the people you invite to your business and for the permissions you give them.

4. Your content. Your business records belong to you or your business. You give Buziin permission to store, process, sync and display them only to provide the service. You must have the right to enter your customers' and suppliers' information and must handle it lawfully. You can share any document as a PDF, download your records as JSON files from More → Privacy & Account Data, and ask support for a full copy of your records at any time.

5. Acceptable use. Don't break the law with Buziin, don't issue false or fraudulent documents, don't try to access other businesses' data, and don't interfere with the service or reverse engineer it beyond what the law allows.

6. Plans, trial and payment.

  • New businesses get one free 14-day Business trial. After it ends, the business moves to the Free plan unless you subscribe. Your records are never deleted when a trial or plan ends. Some features and limits change with the plan.
  • Starter and Business are subscriptions billed monthly or yearly. Prices are shown in the app before you buy.
  • App Store: payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel it in your Apple Account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple.
  • Google Play: billed through Google Play, renews automatically, and can be cancelled any time in Google Play → Subscriptions. Refunds follow Google Play's policies.
  • Plan prices may change. We will tell you before a change affects a renewal.

7. Availability. We work to keep Buziin available and your data backed up, but the service is provided "as is". There may be interruptions. Keep your own exports of important records.

8. Liability. To the extent the law allows, Buziin is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or losses caused by errors in records you entered. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under Tanzanian consumer law.

9. Ending. You can stop using Buziin and delete your account at any time (More → Privacy & Account Data → Delete Account, or https://buziin.com/delete-account). A business owner can close a business from the same screen after transferring or acknowledging the team, unpaid invoices and subscriptions. A closed business is locked for everyone, and its financial records are kept for the period the law requires (see the Privacy Policy). Deleting an account or closing a business does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription; cancel it in your store account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms, and where possible we will tell you first and give you a copy of your records.

10. Changes. We may update these terms. We will tell you about significant changes in the app or by email. Continuing to use Buziin after a change means you accept it.

11. Law. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. Disputes go to the courts of [court city: pending].

12. Apple. If you downloaded Buziin from the App Store, Apple's Standard EULA (https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/) also applies. Apple is not responsible for the app or its support.

1. Makubaliano. Kwa kutumia Buziin unakubali masharti haya kati yako na [company legal name: pending].

2. Huduma. Buziin ni zana ya kuweka kumbukumbu za biashara: nukuu, ankara, mauzo, malipo, matumizi, akiba na ripoti. Haihamishi pesa, si benki, na haitoi ushauri wa kodi au wa kisheria. Wewe unawajibika kwa usahihi wa rekodi zako na ritani zako za kodi.

3. Akaunti. Lazima uwe na miaka 18 au zaidi. Linda nenosiri lako. Unawajibika kwa watu unaowaalika kwenye biashara yako na ruhusa unazowapa.

4. Maudhui yako. Rekodi zako ni mali yako au ya biashara yako. Buziin inazihifadhi na kuzisawazisha kwa ajili ya kukupa huduma tu. Unaweza kushiriki hati kama PDF, kupakua rekodi zako kama faili za JSON (Zaidi → Faragha na Data ya Akaunti), na kuomba nakala kamili wakati wowote.

5. Matumizi yanayokubalika. Usitumie Buziin kuvunja sheria, kutoa hati za uongo, au kujaribu kufikia data za biashara nyingine.

6. Mipango na malipo. Biashara mpya inapata majaribio ya bure ya siku 14 ya Business, kisha inahamia mpango wa Bure usipojisajili. Rekodi zako hazifutwi kamwe. Usajili wa App Store unatozwa kwenye Akaunti yako ya Apple na unajirudia wenyewe usipositishwa angalau saa 24 kabla ya kipindi kuisha. Usajili wa Google Play unasitishwa kwenye Google Play → Usajili. Marejesho ya pesa yanafuata sera za Apple au Google.

7–8. Upatikanaji na dhima. Huduma inatolewa "kama ilivyo". Kwa kiwango kinachoruhusiwa na sheria, dhima yetu ni kiasi ulichotulipa katika miezi 12 iliyopita.

9. Kusitisha. Unaweza kufuta akaunti wakati wowote: Zaidi → Faragha na Data ya Akaunti → Futa Akaunti, au https://buziin.com/delete-account. Mmiliki anaweza kufunga biashara kwenye skrini hiyo hiyo. Biashara iliyofungwa inafungwa kwa wote, na rekodi zake za fedha zinahifadhiwa kwa muda unaotakiwa na sheria. Kufuta akaunti hakusitishi usajili wa App Store au Google Play.

10–11. Mabadiliko na sheria. Tutakujulisha mabadiliko makubwa. Masharti haya yanaongozwa na sheria za Jamhuri ya Muungano wa Tanzania.
