How do I start?
Download Buziin, create your business, and choose whether to keep it on this phone only or connect it to Buziin online so that your team and other devices can use it.
Is my data backed up?
Connected businesses are stored on our servers and sync across your devices. "On this phone only" stays on the device, so download a copy from More → Privacy & Account Data now and then.
How do I add my team?
More → Staff & Team, then invite by email or link. Each person signs in with their own account, and you choose what they can see and do.
Plans and billing
Every new business gets a 14-day Business trial, then moves to the Free plan unless you subscribe. Your records are never deleted when a plan ends. Subscriptions bought in the app are managed and refunded by Apple or Google:
- iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions
- Android: Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions

How do I get a copy of my data?
More → Privacy & Account Data → Download. For a full copy including attached files, tap Request a full copy or email us.
How do I delete my account or close my business?
See Delete your account.
I forgot my password.
Tap "Forgot Password?" on the sign-in screen and we'll email you a code.

Zaidi → Staff & Team, kisha Alika kwa Barua Pepe au kwa Kiungo. Kila mtu anaingia kwa akaunti yake, na wewe unachagua anachoweza kuona na kufanya.
Mipango na malipo
Kila biashara mpya inapata majaribio ya siku 14 ya Business, kisha inahamia mpango wa Bure usipojisajili. Rekodi zako hazifutwi mpango unapoisha. Usajili uliolipiwa ndani ya programu unasimamiwa na Apple au Google:
- iPhone: Mipangilio → jina lako → Usajili
- Android: Google Play → Malipo na usajili → Usajili
Napataje nakala ya data yangu?
Zaidi → Faragha na Data ya Akaunti → Pakua. Kwa nakala kamili pamoja na faili, gusa Omba nakala kamili au tutumie barua pepe.
